Welcome to ZipDripConnections
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our products, services, website, and resell programs. By purchasing or interacting with ZipDripConnections ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.Overview of Services
ZipDripConnections offers:
- Customizable, programmable zipper pulls ("Drips")
- Optional add-ons (e.g., QR codes, design mockups)
- Digital identity linking and branding support
- Reseller programs with optional marketing and fulfillment support
We operate both as a direct-to-consumer brand and as a B2B creative partner for artists, brands, and communities.
2.Orders & Payment
2.1 Custom Orders
Each order is tailored based on user-submitted preferences (materials, colors, designs, packaging, etc.). Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.
2.2 Pricing & Fees
Prices vary by quantity and service package. Additional fees (e.g., design mockup fees, QR linking, custom packaging) are communicated before payment.
2.3 Payment Processing
We process payments securely via WooCommerce. A 2.9% processing fee is applied at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping info.
3.Intellectual Property
All original content, designs, branding elements, and tech developed by ZipDripConnections are the intellectual property of the company.
You retain rights to your own logos, names, or visuals submitted for product use.
We reserve the right to showcase custom work in promotional materials unless otherwise requested.
4.Resell & Partner Program
4.1 Ownership
Clients who purchase in bulk retain ownership of their purchased units. ZipDripConnections does not guarantee resale success but provides tools and support where applicable.
4.2 Program Tiers
Clients may opt into resell support with different revenue-share models based on package size and services used. Zipdrip handles fulfillment, ads, and content creation in these plans.
4.3 Timeline Estimates
Projected sell-through times are estimates only. Final performance depends on market conditions and creative factors.
4.4 Upfront Costs & Discussions
Initial product and service fees are discussed before production begins. Zipdrip may subsidize design or media costs on a case-by-case basis. Clients are encouraged to reach out via Zipdripconnections@gmail.com to pitch their idea.
5.Shipping & Fulfillment
5.1 Standard Shipping
We ship within the United States with tracking and basic insurance. Shipping costs may vary by order size and destination.
5.2 Delays
ZipDripConnections is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events, though we'll help resolve issues whenever possible.
6.Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Zipdripconnections@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or credit.
7.Customer Content & Submissions
You grant ZipDripConnections the right to use submitted media (logos, designs, user photos) for production and, if permitted, for promotional use.
You must have the rights to any materials you upload.
8.Use of Technology
Each programmable zipper pull may link to a digital destination of your choice (e.g., profile, product page, video, or collection). You are responsible for ensuring your linked content abides by legal and ethical guidelines.
9.Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to use of our products or services. In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.
10.Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the new terms.
