What you hand us

• Contact & delivery — name, email, phone, and shipping address, so your drip gets to the right door.
• Payment details — handled end to end by our payment processors. We see that an order cleared; we never see or store your card.
• Creative files — logos, artwork, brand assets, and the notes you send with a custom build.
• Destination links — the page, profile, drop, or experience you want your pull to point to.
• Program details — anything extra you share if you join a collab, referral, or ambassador program.

What the site picks up on its own

• Device & session basics — IP address, browser, device type, and rough location.
• On-site behavior — pages viewed, products opened, where you came in from.
• Order history — what you bought and when, so support can actually help you.

This is the part most policies don't have to explain, so we'll be specific. Every ZipDrip pull carries a QR or NFC tag pointing to a destination you control. When someone scans it, we log that a scan happened — time, approximate location, and device type.

That's what powers your scan counts and lets you see how a piece is performing out in the world.

If your destination is a form, a signup, or a third-party platform, whatever they enter there is governed by that page's privacy policy, not ours. Point your pull somewhere you'd be comfortable sending a friend.

• Build, produce, and ship your order.
• Keep you posted on production, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Handle mockups, revisions, and custom design work.
• Keep your links live and your scan data flowing.
• Run the collab, referral, and ambassador programs you opt into.
• Answer support questions and sort out issues with an order.
• Make the site and the product better based on how they actually get used.
• Send drop announcements and brand news — only if you asked for them.

That's the whole list. If we ever want to use your information for something outside it, we'll ask you first.

The only outside parties who touch your data are the ones it takes to actually get your product made and delivered:

• Payment processors — to run transactions securely.
• Manufacturing partners — to produce your pulls to spec.
• Shipping carriers — to move the package and give you tracking.
• Platform tools — hosting, email, and analytics that keep the site running.
• Collab partners — only when you've signed on to a program that requires them.

Every one of them is bound to keep your information confidential and use it only for the job we brought them in for. We may also disclose information if the law requires it — a court order, a subpoena, or a real safety issue.

We use cookies and analytics tools to see which pages land, where people drop off, and what's worth building next. It's how a small brand figures out what to make more of.

• Keep your cart and session intact while you shop.
• Measure traffic, performance, and page behavior in aggregate.
• Understand which drops and products actually connect.

You can shut cookies off in your browser settings any time. Some parts of the site — checkout especially — may not behave right without them.

The site runs on SSL encryption, your information is stored with restricted access, and only people who need it to do their job can reach it.

Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers and card numbers never touch our servers. We're honest about the limits, though: no system online is bulletproof. If a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you — quickly and directly, not buried in a footer update.

It's your information. You can:

• Ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
• Correct or update anything that's wrong or out of date.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click, any time.
• Ask us to stop processing your information for a specific purpose.

Email Zipdripconnections@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Some records — order and tax history, mainly — we're legally required to hang onto, and we'll tell you if that applies.

Our site and our products both send people outward — to social profiles, artist pages, partner drops, and whatever destination a pull is programmed to open. Once you land somewhere that isn't ours, their rules apply, not ours. We can't control how third-party sites handle your data, so give their policies a look before you share anything.

ZipDrip isn't built for kids and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we find out we have, we delete it right away. Parents or guardians who think we've picked up a child's information can email us and we'll handle it immediately.

As the product grows, this page will grow with it. The current version always lives right here with its effective date at the top, and meaningful changes get announced — not slipped in. Continuing to use the site or our products after an update means you're good with it.
