Terms of Service

ZipDrip makes ZipDrip Zipper Pulls: removable, interchangeable enamel accessories built to attach to the zipper sliders on jackets, hoodies, bags, luggage and more. We sell two ways:

• Shop orders — ready-made pulls bought through our online shop.
• Custom orders — pulls designed for a brand, creator, event, community or individual, started through our project intake form.

Many pulls carry a QR code, and some can include NFC, that opens a link chosen by the owner. Those features are covered in section 05.

• Prices, availability and shipping options are shown in the shop and at checkout. We can correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• Any taxes, shipping costs or processing fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but metal finishes and enamel colors can look slightly different on screen than in hand.
• Returns, refunds and exchanges for shop orders follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

How it works

• Request — you send your idea, artwork and rough quantity through the project intake form.
• Quote — we follow up with pricing and details. A quote isn't an order until you accept it and pay as invoiced.
• Design approval — you see and approve the design before anything is made. Your approval confirms the artwork, colors, finish, text and any QR or NFC setup.
• Production — once you approve and pay, we start production. After that, changes may not be possible, and any we can make may change the price or timeline.

Payment

Custom projects are invoiced, and you pay through the secure checkout on our site. Production starts once payment is received. We don't ask for bank details by email or text.

Timing

Any timeline we give is an estimate based on your design and order size. We'll tell you what's realistic for your date and keep you posted, but we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we've agreed to it in writing.

Made to order

Small variations in metal tone, enamel shade and hand-finishing are normal for enamel accessories and aren't defects.

• You keep your rights. Logos, names, art and other materials you send stay yours.
• You have the right to use them. By sending artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We can decline any design.
• Permission to produce. You let us use your materials to design, produce, ship and support your order.
• Showing the work. We may show finished custom pieces in our portfolio and on social media. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us before production and we won't.
• Ours stays ours. The ZipDrip name, logo, website, product designs, mount hardware and any design work we create that isn't your submitted artwork belong to ZipDrip.

A QR code or NFC tag on a pull opens a link. With a dynamic code we set up and manage, the link can be changed later without touching the pulls.

• You're responsible for where your link goes and for the content on that page.
• Links can't be used for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or hateful, including phishing, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights. We can disable or redirect a code that breaks this rule.
• We work to keep the dynamic codes we manage running, but links depend on outside services and the internet, so we can't promise they'll work every second of every day.
• If we ever need to retire a code service, we'll give reasonable notice when we can.
• Scan data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout for shop orders and included in quotes for custom orders.
• Delivery estimates come from carriers and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds or events outside our control, but we'll help you chase down a late package.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address you gave us that turns out to be wrong.

From time to time we run collaborations, reseller arrangements, referral rewards or other programs. Each one has its own terms, which we share with you before you join. If a program's terms differ from these Terms, the program's terms apply to that program.

Bulk buyers own the units they buy and may resell them. Any revenue share, sell-through estimate or marketing support is only binding if it's agreed in writing, and sales projections are estimates, not promises.

• Don't misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, overloading, or trying to get into accounts or areas that aren't yours.
• Keep your account login private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Blog posts, FAQ answers and replies from Eclair, our on-site helper, are general information. They aren't a quote or a promise. Your quote, invoice and approved design are what count for your order.

We stand behind what we make, and our Refund & Returns Policy and section 03 explain how we make things right. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows:

• The site and products are provided "as is," without warranties beyond those stated here or required by law.
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service the claim is about.

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
• Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, email us and give us a chance to fix it before taking it further. Most things get sorted in a conversation.
• Changes. We may update these Terms as the business grows. The current version lives on this page with its effective date at the top. Changes don't apply to orders already placed.
• If one part fails. If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
